Return & Refund Policy

28 Day Free Returns Policy

At our company your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We have full confidence in the expertise of our designers, gemologists, and master jewellers in creating the most exceptional pieces of jewellery. However, we understand that preferences may vary. If, for any reason, you are not entirely thrilled with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 28-day return policy. Before returning your jewellery to us, please ensure that it meets the following criteria.

Refund Criteria:

  • Products must be returned within 28 days of receiving them.
  • All products should be in new, unused, and original condition, including all original packaging and labels.
  • The product must be in a saleable condition with all original tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings (and other pierced jewellery) cannot be returned.
  • All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the paperwork it came with, including any original GIA certificate or gemstone grading report.
  • The jewellery must not be missing any of its original diamonds or gemstones.
  • Please note that custom-made bracelets are non-refundable.
  • Bespoke commissions, personalised items, or engraved items are excluded from our returns policy, unless otherwise stated. Exceptions can be made at our discretion, so please contact us if you have any doubts.
  • Items labeled as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We currently permit one-time-only exchanges.
  • If you have lost your GIA certificate or jewellery certificate, it can be replaced; however, you must inform us before returning, and we will provide further guidance. Please be aware that the replacement of a GIA certificate is a time-consuming and costly process. Therefore, we reserve the right to deduct a £250 fee per certificate to cover the costs if your jewellery is returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

Items found to be damaged or defective prior to your receipt (and through no fault of your own) can be repaired, replaced, or alternatively refunded.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods that are not sent to us either in person via the Post Office or FedEx.

If you are uncertain whether your jewellery is eligible for return, please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@diamondtennisbracelet.co.uk or call us at +44 20 7404 7524.

Processing Your Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges can be made in person or via delivery. To return or exchange an item in person, please book an appointment. For returns via delivery, kindly follow these essential steps to return your purchase:

  1. Contact us via email at sales@diamondtennisbracelet.co.uk or call us at +44 20 7404 7524 to discuss your return options. You must always do this before returning your item.
  2. Once confirmed with us that you are eligible for a refund or exchange, package your item in its original packaging, which should include your GIA certificate/gemstone grading certificate/jewellery certificate where applicable.
  3. Avoid indicating the value of the package contents on the packaging or within the address. Instead, address the package as follows: "Name of Your Consultant", LMJ Imports, 85 Hatton Garden, 2nd Floor, London, EC1N 8JR, UK.
  4. For returns within the UK, we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, ensuring that the package is tracked and obtaining proof of posting. For orders returned from outside the UK, you may choose a reputable courier of your choice, ensuring the package is tracked and obtaining proof of packaging.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to reject a return if the above steps are not meticulously followed. In such cases, we will not be liable to repair, replace, or refund the item.
